Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Calloused app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Data Control.
3. Under Danger Zone, tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and all data are permanently deleted immediately, and you're signed out.

If you're asked to sign in again first, that's a Firebase security check — sign back in and repeat the steps above.

Option 2: Email us (if you no longer have the app installed)

Send an email to support@kovets.com with the subject Delete My Data, from the email address associated with your account. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

• Your account and profile info (name, username/email, profile photo)
• Workout routines you created
• Workout history (completed session logs)
• Body weight logs
• Custom exercises you created
• App preferences (theme, units, etc.)

Deletion is immediate and permanent in our production database. We do not keep a separate backup copy of your data after deletion. Standard infrastructure logs used for security and abuse prevention (which do not contain your workout data) are retained no longer than 30 days and are then automatically purged.
